Hi guys, I am wondering if it matters or not if I submit my application now without a DAT then send in my scores later or just wait until I take the DAT to apply.

I think it's better to submit your application first to your top few schools so that it's processed and your GPA is verified. Then after you take your DAT, you can add more schools if you're satisfied with your score.
