Applying early September too late?

Hi! I am curious to know what you guys think about applying this cycle early September? Is it risky? I decided to change my OAT test from August to early September to give me more time to study. I will have everything else in such as letter of recs, personal statement, etc. Am I able to apply without my OAT scores? Let me know what you guys think. I would appreciate it.

I'm pretty sure you can submit your application without your OAT scores whenever it is complete and then add that part in once you've done it! Many people last cycle had interviews before they had taken the OAT. However, if you want to wait until after you've taken the OAT, September is still pretty early on in the cycle
