Applying for Internship in Asian Countries

i am a medical student studying in the Philippines and I plan to have a month or two of internship in Asian countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. I would be entering my internship on March 2006. I badly need help on hospital info, applications, requirements and the like. thank you very much.
