I recently took my OAT to get in my application as soon as possible, but I was really disappointed in my scores so I'm kind of freaking out. I have a GPA of 3.4 and received a 290 AA and 260 TS. I also have letters of rec from 2 optometrists at two different practices. However, I only am beginning to take physics now, so this past summer I tried to teach myself physics which obviously brought my scores down a lot as I didn't end up doing well at all. Is retaking the OAT in late December/ early January after I've taken one semester physics too late? Or should I apply asap with the scores I have and just mention I'm retaking the OAT after I've taken the semester of physics? Is one semester of physics even good enough for the physics section in addition to the Kaplan book (which I have to study for second semester topics)?
Would really appreciate any advice!
