I plan to apply in December to Scholl, Barry and Kent. Is this too late?

Depends on your stats mostly, but the priority deadline is April 1st, so December should be fine. Plus Kent and Scholl have large class sizes so there's that. Earlier is (almost) always better however.

Yea my stats are weird because of my retakes of prereqs. But I plan on taking the MCAT in January so there's always that too.

My app wasn't submitted until feb and took the mcat may 18 got accepted in mid June so no not too late

it's feasible, but not advised. earlier is better.

some schools require the MCAT to be received in order to receive an interview invite. If you look through some of the last year's application thread I think it was discussed. I think kent interviews without receiving the MCAT. If i remember it only takes a few weeks to receive an interview after application submission. It kind of depends when AACPM sends out your app.

What is the absolute "deadline" you guys will apply? Something like late January?

Of course, the earlier the better. I'm just curious, because I only recently found out about the DPM programs, and I'm scrambling to find someone to shadow, and I don't want to rush a relationship only to get a crap LoR.
