How bad is it to submit your secondaries by late JULY in terms chances?
i heard the later you apply, the lower your chances are.

I didn't submit any secondaries until mid August, so I'd imagine late July is still good.

mcat is 510. with good EC . departmental honors. honors thesis etc etc

Having your application complete has nothing to do with MCAT or GPA scores...

For this GPA and a 510, you need to target your schools based on the MSAR.
