Hello all,

In the next month or so, I will be applying to some of the most competitive post-bacc programs. Right now, I have three that I will apply to:

1. Bryn Mawr
2. Goucher
3. John Hopkins

A little about myself: 3.94 undergrad GPA in Accounting graduating this upcoming winter; 4.00 GPA in some MBA classes I have taken; 1380 SAT score; past volunteer and community service activities but nothing medically related; will soon be starting volunteer work in a hospital.

What does everything think about my chances of getting into one of these programs? Any tips/advice/strategies?? Also, any other programs I should look at? Thanks.

If you would like to stay on the east coast, I think you're good with Goucher/Bryn Mawr, although you may also want to look at Penn. The other top postbac program you may want to look at is Scripps, although it's on the west coast, so I'm not sure if you're interested.

I've been looking at NYU and Columbia also both those two want your BS degree earned before applying so I have to wait until after January which is when I will have that... The same goes for Penn - they actually want you to have received your undergraduate degree atleast one year ago..

That's not true. There are several students in the Penn Pre-Health program who just graduated last year.
