Applying MD then adding MSTP

I am planning to apply to several MD schools and then add MSTP schools after my MCAT scores come out. I was wondering that if I submit my AAMCAS on June 5, can I add MSTP schools and input my MSTP essay after my scores come out? I was told that I could still add more schools for either MSTP and/or MD, but wanted to be sure from prior applicants. Thanks.

IIRC, you cannot add essays after your AMCAS has been submitted but I could be wrong in this case. But what I do know is that you can add all your MD and MSTP essays the first time around but not designate any MSTP schools. AMCAS will not send MSTP essays to schools that you designated as MD-only.
