Are schools able to find out all of the other PTCAS schools that you are applying to? Also if they are, would they factor that information in the decision process. I can understand how it would make a difference if you were only applying to one school. Then would it look bad if you apply to too many schools because I thought you have better chances of getting in by applying to more schools.

Schools don't get that info from PTCAS until the following summer, when the application cycle is pretty much over. Check out this recent post from a DPT program faculty member:
