Hello everyone! I am ready to apply to DO schools this year and already started my application as well. However, I haven't taken the MCAT yet and I am aiming to take it in September. Here are my stats as well as my extracurriculars and clinical experience so far:

Chem 1 and 2: Bs in both
Bio 1 and 2: B+ and A-
Organic 1 and 2: B- and C+
Physics 1: A
Biochemistry: C (had a very rude instructor who didn't care about his students)
Physics 2 is still pending.

Clinical Volunteering and Shadowing:
Regional Hospital (will have around 150-200 hours or more)
Volunteered at a Community Health Fair for a day
Shadowed a Pediatric GI Specialist for about 3 months (Around 100 hours)

Extracurriular Clubs:
Member of Indian American Association on campus

My overall GPA is 3.44 which is actually my university GPA because I went to a community college my first year (2 sems) and it was 3.6 there. Also, I am majoring in Economics. I wanted to know about my chances of getting in to some of the schools like PCOM, LMU, Pikeville Kentucky etc.

Are you from Kentucky? I've heard Pikeville is partial to instate residents. Also, do you know your sGPA?

No, I am from Tennessee. My science gpa comes out to be 3.1 as of now. I still have Physics 2 and Organic Lab left. I know its on a lower side. But I had health issues my freshman year which is why I ended up going to a CC first year and made Bs in both Chemistry. Even right now, it's been tough for me to stay calm and collected which is why my science grades aren't what they needed to be. So in short, I have a story to share to the admissions committee. Also, I am from an economically disadvantaged family.

I personally would not risk applying this cycle.
Since you aren't taking the MCAT until September, that makes your application later in the cycle. This wouldn't be an issue if you had a solid gpa. Since you don't have an amazing GPA, you want to apply early in the cycle if you can.
I would recommend you wait until next cycle. In the mean time bump up your sGPA by retaking a class

I had health issues.
Also, make sure mentioning your health issues won't make you look bad
You don't want to mention anything that might affect your performance in medical school. You also don't want to mention something that could flare up or get worse again

Best case: the illness is something that is now completely managed, will have no affect on your performance and isn't used as an excuse but as part of explanation
