CGPA: 3.67
BCMP: 3.55
African American & disadvantaged
Strong LORs
Almost flawless personal statement (everybody who read my essay told me that)
Average clinical experiences
Okay volunteering experiences
Strong leadership experiences (tutoring, mentoring, teaching, President of the club, etc.)
MCAT: 33 (11P/10V/12B)

How am I looking? Do I have a chance at top medical schools like John Hopkins, Duke, and Harvard?

Not sure if thats enough for the three you mentioned, but you have a great chance at getting into A medical school.(a pretty good one at that)
Those three schools are extremely competitive even for urm applicants. Combined the 3 had 53 AA matriculants in the 2007-2008 app. cycle. Out of the hundreds? or maybe close to a thousand that applied.

The 10th percentile gpa's for JHU and HMS were: cGPA: 3.7 sGPA: 3.6
and mcat was 29O.
So you have the numbers (barely), so it all comes down to how well you sell yourself, and how impressive your EC's are.

All three schools make concerted efforts towards increasing diversity(~15-20 per school is pretty impressive compared to the rest), but keep in mind that you are competing against some of the best minority applicants(possibly legacy's at this point) in the nation for about 60 spots, so its definitely not a sure thing.

Best of luck! Even though your stats are good, don't neglect to apply early and include non-top-tier schools. There's an element of luck in all of this, and you want to stack the deck in your favor as much as possible.
