I am new to the AA program and was wondering about the program. I have a 3.6 post-bac GPA w/ a 3.0 sGPA undergrad and a 22 MCAT score. Right now I am in a preprofessional Masters Program at Midwestern and was wondering what anybody thought my chances would be of getting in?

GPA is fine but your MCAT is below average. Try taking the GRE. Most schools accept that score. You should at least get an interview somewhere.
