As residents there are checks and balances to ensure heathy lifestyle. ie no burn out etc. However, for those individuals selected, you have no say. Adderall is handed out like Willy Wonka's Candybar and the work must get done. If you dare speak up on your own behalf. You will be confront with absolutely cruel brutality. I speak only from experience. Male Dominated (sexist) and hatred toward minority's is none honorable. However, sign your name and you have no out.
