I am currently in PT school, but when I was applying I thought about also applying to OT. I called my state program to ask if this would impact my application at all (PT was my leading choice, and I didn't want my OT application to make it look as thought I didn't know what I wanted or that I wasn't dedicated to PT). The admissions office told me that neither program would know that I applied to the other.
Call the school and ask. The admissions office is there for questions like this. Most likely the person who answers the phone has zero impact on the admissions decisions, and when you call they wont know who you are unless you tell them. Ask away with what ever you want.
