Do Pharmacy schools know if you have applied to a different school (i.e. dental or optometry) in the past or if you plan to apply to a different program? Do they ask you this on the application or on any secondaries? Thanks!

I don't think they'll ask you unless you're applying to the same school, but different program within the school (hence, have you applied to Univ. of the Pacific prior to this date?). If it is a totally different school, you shouldn't have any problems.
