Can anyone post a link or tell me what is needed to apply to DO schools. I'm new here and I'm not really sure what are the differences between applying to an MD and a DO. Thanks

In short, very little difference. The basic application requirements are nearly the same except for a few execptions. Go to the listed AACOM website...read the entire thing, then when you apply, read the instructions to apply thoroughly--they really do a great job at addressing most issues.

www.aacom.org is a good place to start.

Not much. Change your essay a little bit to cater it toward osteopathic medicine, and get a recommendation from a D.O. for several of the schools, as required.

Other than that, you can cut and paste everything from your AMCAS application.
