Just a few general questions about GPR application through ADEA PASS and Match:
1. Do you rank your program on Match before or after your submit your ADEA PASS application?
2. Do the "Achievements" and "Experiences" fields need to be filled out, or is uploading a CV containing that information sufficient?
3. Is not having any current licenses considered a negative aspect to an application? (Graduating from dental school this May 2020)
Also, my program does not use GPA/Class Ranking. What can I do/add to my CV or personal statement to help with this? I've discussed this aspect with GPR program directors, and they just recommend having "a standout" CV and well-rounded with extracurriculars/community service/leadership, and that considering applicants from a Pass/Fail school can be difficult because of this. Any other tips?
