I am in the process of applying for this cycle to PT schools.
However, I have a C- for Chem I and Med-term. Would they automatically reject me for these even if I meet other requirements such as GPA, observations hours and etc?
I am thinking re-taking them while applying and showing them proof that I am enlisted for those classes and they'll be from CC, which won't have any effect towards my GPA.

GPA: 3.0553
GRE: TBD
Hours: +350 hrs (inpatient, outpatient, polytrauma, spinal cord, aquatic, acute, senior care)

Advices?

I would consider actually waiting another year to apply. Focus on retaking necessary pre-reqs and trying to raise your cumulative GPA and get the GRE completed. Many schools require the GRE be taken by a specific date in order to use the score. You don't want to spend the time and money to submit numerous application without having everything organized and putting your best foot forward.
What do you mean by since the courses are from a CC they won't have any impact on your GPA? It will not only improve your cumulative GPA, but for many schools will increase your pre-req GPA as well.
Overall, if you want to apply this cycle I would contact each school you wish to apply to and ask them about signing up to retake pre-reqs as well as what there deadline for the GRE is.

You can have up to 3 classes as in progress or planned in most cases. I also always encourage people to apply even if they think they do not have a chance because of the advantage it will give you during next years application cycle (this is what I did). There is no reason to wait unless you absolutely do not have the funds to apply. Next year you will be able to answer the school specific question of if you have previously applied to their program and how you have improved your application thus showing more dedication to their specific program and the field of physical therapy.
