I am going to apply to Harvard and then call and say "you've been rejected Wa-Bam!" I think its a spitfire Idea!!! I will certainly be feeling vindicated at least.
it's quite presumptuous to assume that they aren't going to reject you first 🙂

It won't be their $60 you're wasting.

Cool, thanks for giving free money to our school. 😀
i applied and got my rejection letter, like two weeks ago after my birthday...
does harvard cite the reason for rejection? just curious.
But rejecting Harvard is once in a lifetime opportunity. 😀 throwing away 150$ is not
Why are you guys encouraging him? lol, if you got the money to waste, why don't you donate to sdn or predents so we can have better stats site? 😀

Have you applied to Harvard in the past?

You do that.does harvard cite the reason for rejection? just curious.
No, it's very generic: too many people applying, too few spots

i suppose wasting $150 to reject harvard isn't that different than any other school. I mean think about it....you apply to x number of schools and you only get to choose one. Are you wasting money by applying to all the ones you didn't decide to go to? Of course not....People applyto 15 schools, get in to 8 and choose 1. Who wasted money? Apply to 8, get in to 8, still wasting money because you can only choose one. If an acceptance is self-seeking to Harvard just so you could reject them, then that argument could be made for the other 7 schools you got into also that you didn't choose. but if you're doing it just to do it, then donate the money to me. I'd gladly give it better use.

Why don't you save you app fees and just call them up PRETENDING that you applied?
You can still give them a piece of your mind and you don't have to waste money 😀
