I have a gpa of 2.82...i have applied to one in state school which the require GPA is 3.0 and other out of state schools in Florida. All in all I have applied to 4 total schools, with my GPA should I apply to more school, so I have a better chance or I wait. I am really scared that I will not be able to get in neither of the 4 schools????suggestions????

You should apply to as many schools as you have finished or will finish the prerequisites for. Don't make a mistake and apply to one or two schools. My advice is to apply to out of state private schools since most don't have a preference to instate residents.

I would focus on improving your GPA and not apply to over ten schools because it's likely that you'll lose a lot of money that way. When choosing schools, choose carefully and do go after the ones with high competitive average GPAs.

Are your PCAT scores good?

2.82 GPA will be hard to get in. Many schools have a minimum GPA. Be sure to check in to each school before you spend more money.

do you have your bachelor's?

hmm 2.82 overall GPA i assume
how about your pre-req's?

yes 2.82 won't get you very far...in fact, you will automatically be rejected if a school has a minimum 3.0 GPA. Also, from the grammatical errors in your first post, I'm worried that even if you make it in front of the adcom, you might be rejected based on your essay and/or interview.

My preliminary advice: apply to a post-bacc or master's program and get a 3.7+ to offset your undergraduate GPA.

yup just like everyone else said...it's your best bet to apply to more schools...way more

anyways...if anything, you should take an extra year to retake classes/boost gpa and get you over 3.0 so you can apply to schools w/ minimum 3.0 requirements

thanks for the advice. i didn't realized that grammar was being correct on these posts. I don't really have the time to re-read what i wrote but trust me when I am writing and interviewing I re-check and re-think. I have never had any issues with writing essays or grammar as far as I am concerned.
