Rewrote a 9/9/9 last year only to choke on verbal with a 10/7/12. Will be writing a third time, hopefully I can clear 10/10/10 in early September. Should I bother applying to the states this year? ECs are solid with a lot of clinical/hospital volunteering and 2 years of undergrad research. I'm thinking mid-tier schools? Or should I just wait until next year?

This will really depend on so many thing. Where did you complete your undergraduate degree? Which schools specifically are you applying to? What is your country of citizenship and citizen status in the United States? I'll tell you that for the MD program, most competitive international students have well above a 30 MCAT score. -Admissions Advice Online
