There are six non - Pharmcas schools in Texas I would like to apply.

Which ones use paper and which ones are online?

What is the best way to apply to all six schools without spending too much time, especially to get one recommender to submit recommendations to all six schools?

The six schools are: Texas A&M, Texas Southern, Texas Tech, U of Houston, U of North Texas, and U of Texas.

If you were me, and you wanted to get the application done for all six schools in Texas, how would you organize things so that everything will be completed in an orderly fashion?

Example: I would first send all my transcripts to XXXX location, and XXXX location, and download the recommendation forms from XXXX locations to give to recommender #1.

Dude, go google TMDSAS and start reading.

OP doesn't want to be a doc, a dentist, or a vet, so TMDSAS probably won't help him.

I'm pretty sure each school has its own proprietary application. TAMU's SOP has an online app that becomes available in September along with their own LOR forms. The other non-PHARMCAS school's should be similar.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any way to short-cut all your LOR's and transcripts. Each school will probably want their own copy.

OP, you're on the right track with your own suggestion.

There're only five. University of North Texas doesn't have a pharmacy school.

Texas A&M uses paper. Tech and Houston is online, except for letters of recommendation and transcripts. UT-Austin is all online. I didn't apply to Texas Southern so I would not know.

Each letter of recommendation forms are different for each school and they're about one-two pages each. What I did is just spend an afternoon and filled out all the information/questions that each applications have. Print out the letters of recommendation and give it all at once to my professors and pharmacists. Then I just tackle the essays one at a time until they are done. The essays are not that bad since they're really generalize and you can use your personal statement for most.
