Can't add anything or provide any information. I did look into the school briefly though because my mother and her family are from costa rica.
But I felt that going to a program with US clinicals and oriented towards training physicians to work in the US would be better for me.

I would have loved to have attend in CR. If my spanish was somewhat better it would have been an option. Id rate my spanish as fair but I think you need to be pretty fluent of course. But I LOVE San Jose and I can't wait to get back at some point. I've been down there at least 7 times over the last few years and can go on and on about the place but it's as close to heaven as I think I'll ever get. So if you attend please keep us posted on how it goes. Only thing I'd be worried about is how much they prepare you for the Step1. I haven't seen any scores coming out of there. Anyway good luck.
