Anyone familiar with applying to USUHS? What is there screening process like? Do most people end up with secondaries? What is their secondary like?

~80 percent of applicants get their secondary, and they dont have a secondary fee, bless their hearts. along with some other random forms to fill out, you get one essay that takes up about a page i believe, which basically amounts to "Why military medicine and why USUHS?" you could probably start thinking on that one now........

FYI: if you're applying to USUHS, apply EARLY!! get everything in as quickly as possible. If you are extended an interview, go to the EARLIEST one they offer you. They fill their class very quickly and the earlier interview means a better chance of getting the military branch of your choice.
