Applying with AMCAS, adding second MCAT later

I am planning to submit my AMCAS with my current MCAT and am considering adding a second MCAT date later. I have been told that some schools will not review my application until any future MCAT dates listed on my application have scores finalized and submitted to the school. My question is: if I submit my AMCAS application without specifying I plan to take a future MCAT. can I change this information in the future?
