Hello,

I have recently been given a citation for a car crash that results in a misdemeanor. I rear ended someone and was awarded careless and prohibited driving. I am very concerned that this will show up on my record so I was going to disclose this information on my secondary applications. Will this ruin my chances of being accepted into medical schools?

Do you expect that a school would kick you out if you did this as a first year student? Do you think that a school would sanction a faculty member who did this? If not, then it is unlikely that it would influence an admission decision, either.
