Ok so I just finished my third year and will be taking my mcats in June. My gpa sits at a 3.5 with my science gpa being about the same. The problem is that I haven't taken orgo 2 yet and will be taking it this summer after my mcats, and it will finish mid august. I know that schools wont look at my application until they receive my mcat scores mid july, but will they also wait until my orgo 2 grade to come in in mid august before they look at it?

Schools will accept you with the expectation that all prereqs will be finished before the first day of medical school. Still, I think it's worth contacting your schools and informing them of your individual case. Say you could provide periodic grade updates from your professor if the schools desires them. They most-likely won't want these updates, but at least you come across as someone who wants to be accomodating. Good luck.

So basically schools will review my application without me having completed orgo 2?

It's school dependent. Some will, some won't. People do apply without completing all their pre-reqs, and if they get in, it is pending on if they complete the pre-reqs prior to matriculation. You better be a superstar in terms of GPA and MCAT.
