I'm sure this was answered somewhere else, but I can't seem to find it.

I had a horrible first year and messed up a lot of prerequisite courses, one of which is Chemistry II, which is below a C. I never retook this course, and I ended up doing really well in my subsequent years and have graduated. There's no possibility of retaking this course until January 2015, and I'm currently applying in this 2014/2015 cycle: So there are 2 possible scenarios:

1. Schools which require Chemistry II at a C, and take no other alternatives (biochemistry credits) will automatically screen me out in the primary

2. Schools will send me a secondary, but will expect me to complete the requirement afterwards

Which is the most likely thing to happen? Has anyone else been in a similar situation where you're not only applying without a prerequisite, but you're not even enrolled in it for future taking?

You don't get screened out for incomplete coursework. You simply need it to matriculate.
This is correct. One prerequisite will not hold you back, especially if you did well in higher courses (i.e. Organic Chemistry). You will, however, need to complete it before matriculation.

Thanks for the insight guys!
