Approach to Reviewing NBME Screenshots

Hey all. My test is in 1 week. I'd like to spend some time reviewing the screenshots I took of questions I was uncertain about during my NBMEs in order to get myself dialed in to the NBME style of asking questions. Does anyone have a particular approach to doing this that they found effective? Thanks.
