I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to approach micro pharm. There is a lot of bugs and having to memorize treatment for each one is tough and kind of hard to keep straight.

If anyone has recommendations that will be great.

Don't memorize treatments for bugs, memorize spectra for categories of antibiotics.

I agree. Knowing what you treat a UTI vs pneumonia with (Hint: It's Levaquin for both, at least around here 🙄) is more Clinical focused and Step 2 stuff. You're more likely to get questions about HOW certain antibiotics work vs. what do I give for X Y and Z.
