How do you guys approach these questions? I feel as if I have a solid knowledge base, but the questions always end up tricking me. For example, as i'm doing a question, I have a tough time thinking of the answer, but when I look at the explanation I knew the answer but had trouble getting there.

So basically my problem is that I have the knowledge, but i'm having a difficult time applying that knowledge to how the questions are asked. Is the only solution to this problem to do more questions or are there other techniques you guys use to tackle these questions.

You answered your own Q. All the little "tricks" they use or the "hints" they give you in the Qs become apparent after doing more & more Qs.
