Curious if I should send an update...
Still haven't heard about an interview from my #1 choice, but have been accepted to my #2 and will likely be accepted to my #3 (waiting for decision post-interview).
I was recently hired as an ED Tech (24-30 hrs/week) and will have direct patient care responsibilities and will be trained in EKG, phlebotomy, splinting, vitals, and general acute patient care. I will be transferring from a different location to this new location, but still in the same hospital system. I have been a Pharmacy Tech for about 3 years (part time/20-25 hours/week) so I am so excited to finally get to learn some hands on skills and see everything first hand.
I was also a Supplemental Instruction Leader (very much so like a TA but hold review sessions as well and doesn't help with grading) for the last semester for Biochemistry.
Is this worth sending an update for these 2 things? I am also finishing the semester in the next 3 weeks so should I wait until my grades are out? Should I only send my grades if they were to raise my GPA?
Really want to get into my #1.. met with the Asst. Dean for Admissions this spring for advice and they said they like getting student updates because it shows continued interest. But also don't want to come off as a pest/annoying/sending insignificant updates that may end up hurting me.

As you were just hired as an ED tech and don't yet have the experience, it's not worth mentioning and won't impact your application. But a statement of ongoing interest, supplemental instruction leader info, additional hours added to any volunteering gigs, and end of term class and grade update (no need to mention those that don't reflect well; a full grade report isn't needed unless asked for), are worthwhile inclusions.
