I'm looking to start a thread about apps in emergency medicine. Any great apps out there?

If you use the APLS mnemonic WET*** on your hospitals, I've created a WET*** app for iPhone. (Suprised that Apple didn't mind the name). Would be very grateful for feedback.

Edit:Oops, I see now that the forum didn't like the name, (WET***) it's short for Weight - Energy - Tube - Fluid - Adrenaline - Glucose.

Is what you were trying to type... W*E*T*F*A*G???

Weight, Energy, Tube, Fluid, Adrenaline, Glucose

Let's try it....

WET***

lmao...Oh man, I love waking up to threads like these...

All I saw out of your post is wet, f*a*g's, tubes, and fluids. Yikes.

Hehe. Yeah the forum computer seems to be a bit prude.. Like I said, I'm surprised that the Apple people bought W*E*T*F*A*G without a fuss.

Anyway there is also a WETFLAG-app out now; Weight, Energy, Tube, Fluids, Lorazepam, Adrenaline, Glucose. I also added Diazepam.

We don't really use Lorazepam at my hospital (except for psychiatric patients). Do you guys use 0.1 mg/kg of the 2mg/ml solution? There is also 4 mg/ml. I can ad that to the app if both solutions are used.

An attending told me about EMRA ABX guide. Pretty useful little ABX app, only like $15 and has some nice little pearls. Gives you options for allergies etc. I use it all the time.
