If you have received an "application complete" email from schools, yet 1 or 2 of your letter writers have not submitted letters to AMCAS, will they wait until those letters are received or just review application as is??

If the schools don't know that you're sending in more letters, they won't wait for them. I know some secondaries ask what letters they should be expecting, so those schools will likely wait to review your application until they receive all of them.
If you're worried, I would just e-mail the admissions office and let them know that they should be expecting more letters.

These letters are listed on my AMCAS app and assigned to certain schools, so I'm not sure if they are waiting for them or not. At this point, they are just extra letters, so I just want my app to be looked at and not wait for these letters.

Oh, in that case e-mail the schools and let them know that they shouldn't be expecting those letters. Some schools might go ahead and review your application once it's complete (i.e., not wait for those letters), while others will wait for the extra letters. The exact process will vary from school to school.

Ok, that's what I was thinking, but I wasn't positive. Thanks so much!
