I took my exam yesterday and happy that its finally over. To go in details about the new pattern I didn't find much difference in the old papers and new pattern.There are more true/false qustions, more questions with " all except one", TMJ, clinical cases (testlets) and 3-4 on ethics which were associated with testlets only ( that makes it easier to answer). Most annoying thing I found was all the teslets in a row which makes your mind go numb.Lots of repeat questions. Ample of time to complete and review your exam. That's all I can say about new pattern.

how did you find the randomization? did that annoy you? was it in groups or completely randomized (as in....5 DA, 5 biochm, 5 path.....) (or 1 DA, 2biochem, 1 path....)....any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry ..take it cool and believe me exam is not all that difficult and have faith in yourself. I'm sure you are well prepared by now.

No such specific order of questions ..all mixed up.

Hey gd55, I'm in the same boat as you, I have a GPA lower than 3 and I haven't lost any hopes. Many of my friends have got admission with same GPA.It all depends upon part 1 score and resume.

Okeson for TMJ and occlusion is a nice book to understand mandibular movements and TMJ anatomy.

Yeah , they are sufficient if you remember your basics or else you need to refer text book.

congrats on finishing your part I, it must be a good relief for u to be done with this thing. I had a quick question about Neuro Pathways. I learned them well when I took the course last yr, but forgot it all! How many questions did you see appr on these pathways?

Also, about the various cycles in Biochem, info in the deck cards is good enough or should I try to cram the pathways from the book? Thanks!

I received my score report today. My comp score is 87. I'm not really happy with this score. I don't know where do I stand? Is it a good score for California schools?
I have one doubt,that is, I took my exam on 04/19 whereas the report says test date as 04/07. Are there any chances of mistakes in score report?

congrats yuvadoc..even 87 is not a bad score keepin in mind d new format .evr1 is gettin low so don wry.
thr can b mistake 80% chances,if they can type incorrect date😕 ur score can also b....i wish its more than 87🙂..so u must contact them...all the best
