Aps and honors

Does APs and Honors classes hold more weight in W or UW gpa? How is an 85 average with 2 aps and 4 honors? What is that out of 4.0. and do colleges consider the difficulty of the classes you are taking?

My school gave a .33 bump for honors classes and .66 for APs.
