Hey guys,
so, I live in a **really** great apartment in Manayunk--7 minutes to PCOM, great, walkable neighborhood, super duper safe, great management company, very LARGE beautiful apt (2 beds, 2 baths, + HUGE loft space with great new kitchen and a skylight) for 1480/month. My husband and I just found out we're having a baby (yay!) and so we'd like to move to a house. We would love to help out our management company and try to get people in our apt, so I thought I'd post this. Lease starts July 1st. Please feel free to pm me or respond to this post.
