Hi,

I have a studio in Greenberg Hall to sublet between July 24 and September 18.

Greenberg hall is located across the street from Tisch Hospital and about 3 blocks away from Bellevue Hospital (very convenient for anyone spending time at NYU medical center!). 10 minute walk away from a subway station.

The studio has a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a good air conditioning unit. I have a queen-sized bed, 2 desks, 5 chairs, microwave, full fridge/freezer, blender, an air filter unit, 2 rugs. Laundry is on the 2nd floor.

I pay $1200 per month plus utilities, but fee is negotiable.
