That is PT's vision for 2020 correct?

Pretty much asking Obama to let patients go direclty to PT without referral and to increase medicare costs. Why didnt you just read the letter to find out?

I did read the letter, it says nothing about the year 2020. however, on the apta website, it talks about the vision of PT in 2020. i didn't know if the letter was intent for NOW (2009), or 2020? understand what i mean now?
