I actually don't think it is too bad, given that they had to capture all aspects of physical therapy and make it so that the lay person can understand it.

All we need is a good Chiropractor for consult. They've been doing it for years! I'm just waiting to see what other changes the ACA will influence. I'm nervous and excited at the same time.
