APTA send LOR to non-APTA's

Will APTA send a letter of recommendation to a non-APTA school on my behalf? I have a LOR from a professor who is now an adjunct in Spain filed on APTA, and I would like to apply to Utica's DPT. Do you think if I call they will send Utica my LOR.

Did you mean PTCAS, not APTA?
If so, then my guess is no, but what I guess really doesn't matter. Call them, ask, and the worst you can hear is "no."
