Aqua Therapy and OT

Do occupational therapists do aquatic therapy? I know PT does, but I wondered if occupational therapists ever did it, too. Specially interested in working with children. Thanks.

Yes, OT's do Aquatic Therapy. I would go shadow an OT who does Aquatic Therapy to learn. As a part-time job I work with children with special needs with swim lessons. In a way the swimming is very therapeutic for them and if you can get involved with that it will benefit you greatly!
