If the MCAT says Ar should I consider it to be an aromatic ring?

Question 140 on practice test 6 it refers to Ar3CX as an active halide, where Ar is apparently an abbreviation for aromatic ring. I've never seen this in my ochem classes or anywhere else.

It's an old test so maybe it's just an abbreviation that's not used anymore?

I guess I should have realized that anyways. Why would an Ochem question have argon in it. Dumb mistake.

My professors/lab TAs always used Ph so Ar is new to me. I'll have to remind myself of that on the test day.
