This is my situation. I am a senior in my undergraduate. My overall CGPA is currently a 2.7. I transferred to UCF for my junior year and I currently have a UCF GPA of 3.0, with a 2.9 last 60 credit GPA. I have a current GPA of 2.9 for my prereqs WITH 2 in progress and 1 more I have been enrolled in for this coming Spring. I have 3,990 hours as a personal trainer while in my undergraduate and I am currently an aide at a nearby clinic with 100 hours recorded currently. I also have a good personal statement ( I will link here ) and 3 great recommendation letters ( a PT, Anatomy professor, and an employer)

Now unfortunately I already applied to Arcadias Hybrid Program for the 2026 cohort. I did this thinking my last 60 credits were at 3.0 but i miscalculated. My question is what are my odds and should I have waited until atleast this December? My last 60 credits and prereq GPA will both be over 3.0 by then. I’ve also been on the deans list the past two semesters and am on track to do it again this semester.

Does arcadia even accept seniors for the hybrid program that are still finishing degrees and making progress? I know my GPA will be at the acceptable range by then but I was nervous in not applying early so I just took the shot and I don’t want to take a gap year as I am already 25 and am eager to start this career. I was invited for an interview at South College and then got put on hold pending my prereqs and degree which I thought was weird.
