are adcoms notified when you get a new mcat score?

lets say that you submitted your secondaries a month later and you didnt hear anything. but your new mcat score came out.
how do adcoms know about the new mcat score, do you have to let them know? do the re assess your application?
 
It's good to let admissions teams know. Some schools will hold your application if you told them you have a pending score. Others run through the stop sign and could re-evaluate. MCAT tells everyone when to expect new scores so it's not a secret; at the very least, we have calendars. 🙂
