Some biomedical classes I have taken include physiology, genetics, and microbiology which seem more like biology classes than health science classes

Should I put them as health sciences just because my transcript labels them as biomedical science courses?

"The department offering the course is typically not a factor in the course classification. For example, a course should be classified as biology if the primary content is biology, regardless of the department that offers the course." This is straight from the AMCAS application guide. They also have a page that helps classify the courses
