Are clinical child psychology tracks generally *entirely* limited to clinical experience with children, or all ages?

Pretty much title. Interested in any other glaring/general differences as well! I would imagine there may be generally some contact with parents.

I would imagine this varies widely across programs and the only way to know for sure would be to read their brochure or email the internship TD.

In my program, everyone had at least one (possibly two) semester(s) of adult practicum.

In my program, we had to have at least some kind of meaningful experience with child and adult from a clinical perspective, in both therapy and assessment. After that you were free to specialize in your clinical area of interest.

My program allows for people to switch in and out of the emphasis at any point really. Everyone gets both adult and child experience though (even us adult oriented folks, much to my dismay lol).

I echo what the others have stated above, more than anything else it really just implies that training opportunities exist are abundant enough.
