Are KAPLAN online lectures the same as the VHS ones?

Just curious, I'm not really a fan of online audio/video. Are the ones you watch at the Kaplan center (VHS tapes) more or less helpful? Thanks.

I would think online but why even bother, I watched a lesson and stopped it, it is totally useless.... just focus on the kaplan review book...
