Available the day they're listed, yes. Sometimes it's a matter of what time that day. I've heard it's gotten even more streamlined/reliable since I took mine.

Mine was released about 8:30 pm day of.. I hit refresh so many times that day....

Mine was up the afternoon before the "release date" - so make sure and at least check the day before!
