Are most biochem q's on step 1 from genetics?

I've noticed that for some reason in First Aid genetics is with Biochemistry (it was taught as a separate course at my school). A lot of people have told me that there will be alot of genetics questions on my step 1. Very few people on the other hand talk about mol bio or nutrition. So am I right to assume most biochem questions on step q will be from genetics?

Genetics, vitamins, and metabolic disorders are probably your highest yield topics from the biochem chapter.
